privacy.
short, plain english. last updated may 30, 2026.
marsriot collects the minimum it needs to do its job and nothing more. no ad networks, no cross-site trackers, no selling data. this page explains exactly what gets collected, where it goes, and how to get it back.
if you just browse marsriot.com, the site itself doesn't track you. no cookies are set. no analytics scripts run that follow you across the web.
cloudflare, which serves and protects the site, keeps short-lived logs for security and abuse prevention. those logs include things like your ip address and which page you loaded. they're cloudflare's, not mine, and follow cloudflare's privacy policy.
when you submit the form at marsriot.com/build, you give me:
- your name and email
- a short description of your business and what kind of site you need
- your timeline and budget range
- any reference links you choose to share
that information goes two places: my inbox (so i can reply within 24 hours), and my notion workspace (so i don't lose track of inbound leads). no third parties beyond cloudflare, resend (the email service), and notion are involved.
i use your info to reply to you, build you a free mockup if we're a fit, and run the project if we work together. that's it. i don't add you to any newsletter. i don't sell or share your information. i don't use it for anything beyond the conversation we're having.
if we work together, i keep your project information for as long as is reasonable to support you after ship, plus my tax records.
if we don't work together, i'll typically archive or delete your submission within 12 months of last contact. you can ask me to delete it sooner.
at any time, you can:
- ask what information i have about you
- ask me to correct or update it
- ask me to delete it
- ask me to stop contacting you
email [email protected] with the request. i'll handle it within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.
if i ever change what data this site collects or how i use it, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes. there's no pop-up or email about it, so check back if you care.
